【鶏肉とナスのチリソース】
今日は、今が旬のナスを使って『鶏肉とナスのチリソース』を作りました！片栗粉をまぶしてから焼くことで、鶏肉はこんがりとナスはカリッジュワーに仕上がります！
チリソースの味付けがとにかくご飯に合う味付けで、とっても美味しいです！
お家にある材料と調味料でチャチャッとできるレシピなのにご飯がめっちゃ進むので、ぜひともお試しいただけると嬉しいです。
〈材料〉1~2人分
鶏もも肉 150g
ナス 1本(150g)
片栗粉 大さじ1
☆ケチャップ 大さじ2と1/2
☆にんにく 生姜チューブ 各３㎝
☆豆板醤 3~4㎝
☆砂糖 小さじ1と1/2
☆鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1/2
☆水 大さじ2

【Chicken and Eggplant Chili Sauce】
Today, I made “Chicken and Eggplant Chili Sauce” using the eggplants that are in season now! By sprinkling with potato starch and then roasting, the chicken will be brown and the eggplant will be crispy!
The chili sauce seasoning goes well with the rice, and it’s very delicious!
Even though it’s a recipe that you can use the ingredients and seasonings you have at home, the rice goes a long way, so I’d be happy if you could try it.
〈INGREDIENT〉for1~2
Chicken thigh 150g
1 eggplant (150g)
1 tablespoon of potato starch
☆ 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of ketchup
☆ Garlic ginger tube 3 cm each
☆ Doubanjiang 3 ~ 4cm
☆ 1 and 1/2 teaspoon sugar
☆ 1/2 teaspoon of chicken glass soup
☆ 2 tablespoons of water
